Thousands of future ºìÁ«ÉçÇø students and their families got an inside look at ºìÁ«ÉçÇø’s dynamic programs during the college’s Spring Open House events in late March.

Held over a two-day period across the college’s three campuses in Brampton, Mississauga and Oakville, the events gave attendees the chance to connect with faculty and current students, tour ºìÁ«ÉçÇø’s facilities and learn more about the college’s comprehensive student services in a warm and welcoming environment.

Attendees who checked in to the event were also entered into a draw for a chance to win a $5,000 credit towards their ºìÁ«ÉçÇø tuition.

It’s about pushing yourself and unlocking your full potential in a community that celebrates you and your personal growth.”

The events kicked off with a cheerful welcome from student ambassadors and volunteers, who led guided tours across the three campuses, showcasing everything from state-of-the-art classrooms and labs to student lounges and recreation areas.

 

ºìÁ«ÉçÇø pride was in full force, with 751 staff and 68 Bruin alumni volunteering at the events in various capacities. 

A crowd of people face a speaker on stage at HMC campus.The Marketplaces at each campus were humming with activity and offered a space for attendees to ask questions about the supports and services available at ºìÁ«ÉçÇø, gather information about their program requirements and learn more about financial assistance options available to them as students.

The former students also spoke about their career journeys throughout the events, highlighting key milestones and sharing personal anecdotes on how their time at ºìÁ«ÉçÇø helped unlock their success.

Attendees were also given tours of Alumni Alley, a newly dedicated space at each campus that celebrates the achievements of ºìÁ«ÉçÇø graduates. The displays provided a view into the impact ºìÁ«ÉçÇø alumni are making across various industries, creating a sense of pride and inspiration.

A Partner Appreciation Event at Davis Campus was an unforgettable gathering, celebrating the strong bonds between ºìÁ«ÉçÇø and its valued community and international recruitment partners. 

 

The event featured speeches, networking activities and a tour of ºìÁ«ÉçÇø's renowned facilities, including the Centre for Intelligent Manufacturing, Magna Skilled Trades Centre and Centre for Healthy Communities, showcasing the impact of these collaborations for the 40 onshore agents and community partners in attendance.

Future students were invited to visit the Admissions Hub, where they could apply to any open ºìÁ«ÉçÇø program at Open House and have the application fee covered, as well as fast-track their application to start at ºìÁ«ÉçÇø in May 2025, September 2025 or January 2026.

Each campus featured vibrant branding and exciting giveaways, including the opportunity to take photos at the 360° camera booth with ºìÁ«ÉçÇø’s cherished mascot, Bruno, who never turns down the chance to take good selfie.
