Group discounts
Theatre ºìÁ«ÉçÇø offers discounts for groups of 15 or more. Some conditions apply — please call the Box Office for details. Note: Theatre ºìÁ«ÉçÇø limits each purchaser to ONE discount for each full-price ticket sold.
Alumni discounts
Theatre ºìÁ«ÉçÇø offers an alumni discount. Please call the Box Office for details. The alumni discount is available for ºìÁ«ÉçÇø alumni only and cannot be used to purchase tickets for others.
Gift certificates
Theatre ºìÁ«ÉçÇø offers gift certificates. Please contact the Box Office for details and purchase.
Subscriptions

Gold subscription
Buy tickets to all four of our Full-Scale Musicals and receive 15% off tickets.
Silver subscription
Buy tickets to two or three of our Full-Scale Musicals and receive 10% off tickets.

Hours
Standard hours:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m–3 p.m.
Hours during show season:
Two weeks before shows open and while shows are running, the Box Office is open Tuesday–Friday, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
Hours the day of your show:
On performance days, the Box Office is open one hour before performance times.

Ticket sales and payment
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable with occasional exceptions — please see our Refund Policy for details.
In accordance with updated Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, Theatre ºìÁ«ÉçÇø is no longer able to accept mail-in subscription forms. We are happy to work with all our patrons to support your purchases and will do everything we can to provision a seamless transition while remaining in full compliance of these updated rules.
All ticket orders, whether online or at the Box Office counter, are considered final sale and must be accompanied by full payment. Theatre ºìÁ«ÉçÇø accepts VISA, MasterCard, cash and cheques made payable to 'ºìÁ«ÉçÇø College of Technology & Advanced Learning.' We are currently unable to accept AMEX transactions.
Fees information
The $2.00 Facility Reinvestment Fee goes back to Theatre ºìÁ«ÉçÇø operations to support necessary maintenance of our venues (100% of these fees are used for this purpose). We've adjusted our base ticket pricing to absorb this fee. For example, a $36.25 Adult ticket is listed as $33.00 + $2.00 Facility Reinvestment Fee.
The $1.25 Processing Fee is an additional service fee required by TixHub, our new Box Office service provider. This fee is on top of the base price.
Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for an alternative performance of the same show, provided notice is given to the Box Office at least two business days before the date on the ticket you wish to exchange. All exchange requests are subject to availability.
Additional processing fees may apply.
Refund Policy
If a ticket exchange is not possible, our refund options include:
- Exchange your tickets for a different date (subject to availability).
- Convert your ticket into a charitable donation for a tax receipt.
- Convert your ticket to a gift certificate for any future purchase (with no expiration date).
In the event of a show closure for any reason (including but not limited to: global pandemic, school closure or other unforeseeable event), a member of the Box Office staff will reach out to support a timely refund process. Additional processing fees may apply.
In/Out and Latecomers' Policy
Depending on the venue and the specific requirements of each show, our In/Out and Latecomers' Policy may vary. We will communicate specific details before your arrival and will have Front of House staff available to provide support as needed.
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime.
Accessibility
ºìÁ«ÉçÇø College is equipped with ramps and wheelchair facilities.
Theatre ºìÁ«ÉçÇø has limited accessible seating. Please make your requirements known when ordering tickets.
Relaxed performances
Theatre ºìÁ«ÉçÇø now offers relaxed performances. Please refer to our season schedule for specific relaxed performance dates.
A relaxed performance is a performance where some elements have been adjusted to allow a wider audience the opportunity to attend the show. These adjustments could include:
- Keeping the house lights on at a low setting.
- Changing some lighting cues to be less visually stimulating.
- Adjusting the level of loud noises in a performance.
- Providing a pre-show introduction to the performance.
- Relaxing our In/Out Policy to allow patrons more freedom to leave and re-enter the theatre as needed.
While relaxed performances were originally designed for people with disabilities, there are benefits for anyone who would like to attend, and all are welcome. The goal of a relaxed performance is to provide the same show content and experience, while the environment is more relaxed for the audience.
