About the Office of General Counsel
The Office of General Counsel provides advice to ºìÁ«ÉçÇø on a broad scope of matters arising throughout the institution, including strategic support of ºìÁ«ÉçÇø's mission and priorities.
The Office of General Counsel is also responsible for supporting policy development and procedures, risk assessment and prevention, and compliance with the (FIPPA). Our General Counsel, Rajan Sandhu, acts as the Chair of the Administrative Policy Committee. The Office of General Counsel is also responsible for oversight of the Department of Records and Information Management.
