A partnership with ºìÁ«ÉçÇø can help industry and community partners mitigate some of the risks and costs associated with innovation and growth. ºìÁ«ÉçÇø’s IP expectation, in the majority of cases, is that IP will be assigned to any companies or external organizations engaged in an applied research project or collaboration with employees and/or students at ºìÁ«ÉçÇø.

Employees and students participating in these projects must provide their informed consent and sign an Employee/Student Participation Agreement, which acknowledges the IP rights set out in the Collaborative Research Agreement between ºìÁ«ÉçÇø and the external partner.
